Linkworks was founded in 2023 by Shivaprakash S and Annamalai AK, two engineers who spent over a decade building and running technology inside one of India's largest 3PL companies. We know the back office because we ran one.

10+ years leading global transformation in logistics, building tech-led solutions across sectors. Solving the problem of multiple disconnected systems — to simplify and automate logistics, instead of adding another system to the pile.
14+ years building and running tech-led logistics, delivering multiple products across various sub-functions — automating instead of adding more manual work. He'd rather ship an agent that does the work than another tool that needs manual intervention.
Why we exist
Most software in logistics tracks the work — a helpdesk logs a ticket, a TMS stores a booking, a dashboard reports a number. None of it reads the email or message, understands it, and does the work in between. That gap is still filled by people, on email and WhatsApp, at every 3PL, courier and freight business we've worked with. Linkworks exists to close it with AI agents that actually do the work — not just report on it.
